"The first week I started the regime the change was amazing. My energy returned, my skin glowed, the aches and pains and heat (inflammation) in my joints went away (almost all), the gastric reflux stopped. People commented on the change in me. I was amazed at how different and positive I felt. So thank you so much." Susie, Plymouth

"I can't speak highly enough of that man, he changed my life". Doreen, Worcester

Although they may occur anywhere on the body, the tumours of warts are seen mainly on the hands, knees and feet. Perhaps not commonly known is that a verruca is a wart on the sole of the foot which has turned inwards from the pressure!

A wart is caused by a virus but still needs a factor to help it grow. It is thought that the most likely and direct source of this growth factor is from parasites. These are natural inhabitants of the body and use the growth factor to help promote the various stages during their development.

Warts have a tendency to appear suddenly and also to disappear just as suddenly. Conventional treatment revolves around the local use of chemicals, lasers, injections and surgery which all have a tendency to leave scars.
Other remedies from duct tape to topical applications of Thuja mother tincture have proved effective but, as with all infections, it is the person with warts who must be treated and not just the wart.

Supporting the immune system by ensuring all the necessary tools such as amino acids, vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids of Omega 3 and 6 are in place, is of paramount importance. Also important is to treat the virus and parasite involved in the process and to address the factors which could upset the balance for good health.
Factors to consider are toxins such as metals (cadmium, arsenic, lead, mercury etc) and chemicals (pesticides, herbicides, preservatives etc) which affect our immune system and poison enzymes and, not forgetting food allergy/intolerance which create inflammation of the gut leading to malabsorption of the essential nutrients.

An Integral Health DNA Hair Test not only can identify the cause/causes of an imbalance in the body and the potential for signs and symptoms of disease; we are also able to provide the best nutrient and lifestyle recommendations specifically tailored for each unique individual, helping to ensure they are able to achieve optimum health - naturally.
It is a blueprint for healthy living.
